Welcome to The Ultimate Wedding Show which will be hosted by
Royal Windsor Racecourse, a unique and popular venue for weddings in
the area.
The Ultimate Wedding Show is organised by professional events management team
Sarah McAllister and Deborah James.

Booking a stand at The Ultimate Wedding Show
This will be emailed to you.
A booking form is included in the pack along with full details of the fair.
There are three selling/stand options
1. Main exhibition floor (first floor) - single £150 or double stand £300
2. Second floor - single £110 or double stand £220 Stand prices include tables
with tablecloths
3. Flyer inclusion in brides' goody bags - £15 for exhibitors and £35 for other parties for 150 leaflets

Once we have your booking and payment a receipted invoice will be sent. We will
forward flyers for you to distribute to your clients and contacts.
A short time before the show you will receive a letter with reminders and final
details.
Advertising/Promotion
Our campaign includes road and venue signs, Windsor street banner, leaflets
distributed locally, numerous websites and local media advertising for two
weeks up to the event.
After the show we will forward a list of all the brides who have registered
(with their permission).
An average fair attracts between 150 - 200 brides.
